Michael Aram, Inc is a high-end luxury wholesaler and retailer of table top and home decor is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee its Customer Service Department.  Interested candidates, please apply on line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Coach, motivate and mentor team while maintaining high moraleDevelop standard procedures for all department functionsAssist department to achieve or exceed company standards and goalsConduct review and performance evaluations of staff membersDistribute work according to daily business needsAssure timely and accurate completion of all duties assigned to Customer Service DepartmentParticipate in weekly interdepartmental meetingsResponsible for tracking a subordinates sick time, vacation time and tardinessDesign employee reward systems for customer service departmentAct as liaison between customer service and Senior ManagementMonitor customer service team to insure customers receive exceptional servicePartner with other department heads to improve overall processes
