Every location offers an environment that values each of its employees!JOB DESCRIPTION:The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and directing the planning, control and coordination of engineering activities at the Plant, as well as being involved in making significant technical decisions. The successful candidate will provide the principal interface for the implementation and coordination of activities among Corporate departments, Division, Plants or subsidiaries and CE on major capital projects or other business matters as applicable to technical investigations, project development, engineering, design and construction. Candidate should be able to direct and manage the planning, implementation, coordination and execution of assigned major engineering, design and/or construction projects; execute the plant’s capital plan. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. Degree in Engineering Masters Degree in Engineering or Management is a plus Professional Engineering License is a plus 7 - 15 years experience Experience in statistical process controls, PLC, Continuous improvement and Project Management Ability to manage all of maintenance and utilities at the manufacturing plant as well as engineer initiatives and projects Excellent communication skills Must be a self starter, customer oriented, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5% travel requiredTo apply, please visit www.ralcorp.com.
