BI-LINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

REPORTS TO:  SUPERVISOR OR TEAM LEADER

The purpose of this position is to act as a first point contact for Customer orders, inquiries and questions. 

 

Three key areas of this role are:To facilitate orders, inquires and questions from initial contact through to delivery and paymentUphold customer satisfaction by providing resolution promptly to customer issues or concerns.To collaborate with and support Sales team with existing and new programs, pricing, samples, returns, customer meetings, etc.Position  Requirements

o Effective Communication, both written and verbal

o Bilingual (Spanish a must)

o Problem Solving

o Initiative Reliability & Commitment Experience Requirements

o Maintain Customer relationships

o Project Management or involvement

o Multi-tasked in a pressurized environment

o Preparation of own written correspondence

o Minimum of 5 years experience
