Associate Compensation & Benefits Analyst
We are currently looking for an Associate Compensation & Benefits Analyst to provide professional level support to all areas of the Rewards function with a focus on mobility and eHR (HR technology). In this role, you will be supporting Rewards related program administration and compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the company’s Mobility program by working with transferring employees and external resources to prepare and analyze international relocation estimates and international transfer calculations; collaborate with Expatriate Program Specialist to identify and implement process improvements Partner with HR team members to set up, analyze and continuously improve the reporting of all HR related information; work closely with eHR team to ensure appropriate maintenance of required data and toolsProvide support to all areas of Rewards including annual processes such as payroll year-end close, annual department budgets, open enrollment, salary round, bonus payout and EEO reporting As needed, provide administrative support to managers including travel arrangements, invoice processing, calendars, correspondence, meeting preparation. Handle various rewards projects on a local, regional and global basis. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in HR or business related field or equivalent experienceMust have excellent organizational and communication skills Competent computer skills in Microsoft’s Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; prior experience with SAP a plusAbility to work independently and professional while handling confidential information Effectively manage multiple tasks, projects, changing priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
