Assistant Plant Controller

Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of consumable consumer and industrial/agricultural products with sales in excess of $2 billion.

They have an immediate need at their upper midwestern plant operations for an assistant controller who will support all phases of accounting including financial analysis, A/P, budget preparation, cost analysis, labor distribution, materials variances, and cost accounting. 

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in either public accounting or private industry or a combination of both with significant exposure to manufacturing environments including cost accounting, budgeting, general accounting, and financial analysis. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required and and work toward certification CPA, CMA etc. a real plus.

we are looking for a financial professional who clearly possesses the potential to move on to other broader responsibilities in two to three years at either another division or at corporate headquarters.
