Assistant Consumer Product Manager-Massage/Spa

The Assistant Consumer Product Manager will support Product Managers and their respective product category with new product launches and marketing strategies.  This position will have high exposure to upper management and realistic opportunities to grow within the marketing/product development group.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assist in new product development and idea generation by conducting market research and trend analysis Assist in communication with factories in product development Coordinate with cross-functional team on a regular basis Support development of new product retail packaging and collaterals Provide sales support including product sell sheets, merchandising concepts and samples  Support development of marketing presentations and other sales tools Conduct sales and market analysis Develop and update product related internal documentations Support trade shows and event preparation

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field Experience in marketing or product development. Great work ethic (ability to work 45+ hours per week) Strong multi-tasking capabilities (Ability to manage multiple projects is a must) Outstanding organizational skills (a must) Excellent team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Self-Motivated, driven, detail-oriented and energetic Ability to focus in fast-paced business environment with changing priorities Strong experience and knowledge in MS PowerPoint and Excel Willingness/ability to travel to shows and events
