I. Position Summary
Reports to Manager Supply Chain Capabilities, Americas - Working Capital
Support the building of supply chain capabilities to optimize and manage Inventory / Stocks and Business waste across the Americas region to enable excellent delivery of cash and customer expectations now and for the future
Develop and manage KPI’s to drive improvements across Product Groups and Go to Market Supply Chain communities / internal customers
Il. Position Responsibilities (Expected Work)
For Inventory / Stocks and Business waste
Develop harmonized measures and “loss tree”
Develop and manage aggregate reporting, trend and gap analysis, benchmarks and external insights
Provide content expertise for priority topics
Provide Project Management leadership / support for cross-boundary / cross-functional project teams
Deliver skills training programs
Identify and transfer leading practice from internal and external sources
Conduct process health checks
Help identify drivers for Working Capital and Business waste and develop models to facilitate priority setting and decision making
Establish a strong network across the Americas to facilitate idea sharing and monitor / drive improvement projects
Through interactions with internal and external organizations, help identify ideas and programs that can be leveraged across the Supply Chain and establish new improved capabilities
.Ill. Challenges
Requires depth of knowledge of trade working capital, related drivers and business processes
Working in a global / regional matrix environment, across multiple business operating units in region each with a different culture, processes and demands
Interact with senior leaders regularly, gain their support and help in driving projects / programs
IV. Scope
Supports ~ €1.2 billion in Stocks across 22 countries and multiple category / business teams.
Cash is a critical business priority, role is a key enabler to Americas ability to deliver cash targets on a sustainable basis
Interacts with senior leaders across the Americas and with 13 supply planning and 12 demand planning teams.
Reports and Analysis will be used to set critical business targets across the region
