BASF is proud to be an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.The Legal/Regulatory Administrative Assistant will support on-site Legal and Regulatory Affairs staff with routine and complex administrative tasks to ensure compliance with current commitment requirements as well as future follow-up and tracking of these commitments.

Required: 4 year degreee in relevant area (preferably biological sciences or legal studies). Minimum 3-5 years as an Aministrative Assistant with responsibilities for documentation and support of management level staff. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities to complete them on time with limited supervision. Strong organizational and communications skills. Strong knowledge of and experience with using Microsoft Office suite.  BASF recognizes Institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.

 

Preferred: Prior FDA-regulated industry experience (either legal or regulatory) and/or prior paralegal, legal secretarty or intellectual property (IP) law training or experience.
