Accounting Associate - A/P - Coral Springs

As an Accounting Associate, you will:
• Process all A/P invoices, both manually and electronically
• Handle all Vendor reconciliations using Excel
• Process E-Commerce and vendor payments
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone
• Be an integral of our Accounting team

 

 

Requirements

 

To succeed in this position you must have:
• A High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent 10 key skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding telephone etiquette
