Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant professional who is proficient at handling a variety of tasks simultaneously, self-directed, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.  This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

 

Qualified candidates will possess:

 A high degree of computer literacy.  This includes demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and desktop publishing software experienceExceptional organizational, administrative, and time management skills.The ability to successfully multi-task in fast-paced and accountable environment.Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette, and strong follow-up skills.A strong work ethic with a positive “can doâ€� attitude and one who is flexible and takes pride in the quality of their work.
