Warranty Service Representative

Gehan Homes, a Top 100 Homebuilder is looking for a Top Notch Warranty Service Representative. 

Duties will include:

Interface with Homeowners:

•Work with homeowners and site Superintendent to coordinate homeowner meetings and to discuss service request letters and forms, warranty assessments and sign-offs following specified time frames
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure regular maintenance of inventory homes

Issue Resolution and Documentation:

• Oversee trade contractors who are completing customer care service requests to ensure requests are completed within ten days of assessment, and obtain customer sign-off
• Responsible for field files documenting all customer care activities and weekly status reports to the Customer Service Administrator
• Review and approve service related invoices for payment

Other Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Identify recurring warranty items and work with construction teams and trade contractors to eliminate or minimize them
• Perform other related activities as assigned

Required:
• Related field experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred:
• Knowledge of home repair and basic construction terminology

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders
