We are currently looking for a take-charge and dependable individual to manage warehouse functions.  This person will be responsible for day to day activities of the warehouse and ensure a safe, efficient and productive work environment.

This is a full-time permanent position. We offer competitive salary, medical, dental and 401K.  Background check is required.

Responsibilities:

· Handle all inventory movement in and out of the warehouse; including shipping, receiving and returns.  Check for incoming freight accuracy, enter all information into software programs and maintain accurate paperwork.

· Fulfill/Pre-Fill all pick-lists and work orders in a timely manner.

· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

· Assist Project managers and sales with product and shipping related issues such as backorders, damages, RAs

· Fulfill all outgoing shipments as required by the company.  Process all returns to vendor for credit and repair and maintain all logs.

· Coordinate deliveries with courier and moving companies when needed

· Maintain all stock level in co ordinance with purchasing.  Maintain warehouse shipping supply levels

· Assist with physical inventories, researching discrepancies and maintaining control

· Open facility daily and oversee general building maintenance

 

Requirements:

· High-School Diploma or Equivalent

· Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. and work in a cold/warm environment

· General PC Skills/Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Must be dependable and motivated to work independently

· Must have good organizational and communication skills

· 2+ Years in a Leadership Position a plus
