Truss/Wall Panel Designer
Responsibilities include:Performing accurate and professional material takeoffs using customer blueprints resulting in zero shrink. Reviewing cutting lists, production reports and delivery schedules to ensure the quality of the final product and timely deliveries to customers. Creating accurate bids, and material and price lists for customers in a timely manner.Providing engineered truss drawings to the customer in a timely manner (at the customer's request). Providing technical knowledge and assistance to Layout Persons and Cutters in the designing of trusses and truss layouts. Providing technical support to all customers including sales associates, contractors and the general public.
Requirements
Designers must possess at least 3 years experience with takeoffs and layouts with Mitek Software.
