Qualifications:

JOB DESCRIPTION:Provide significant and unique sales contributions by promoting and servicing Fiber Cement Siding and Accessories and programs to building materials distributors, dealers, builders, and architects consistent with company Sales and Marketing objectives and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Implements and executes Marketing strategies and differentiates self through extraordinary support and service so that CertainTeed Fiber Cement Siding Products become and maintain a preferred supplier status in the assigned territory, while growing this newly created business. Typical activities include selling independently at the end-user level, working with local distribution to secure new business and working internally on behalf of the customer. All activities should be focused on growing profitable sales volume.KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree. Bi-lingual preferred. A minimum of 5 years' related sales experience. Strong motivations, interpersonal Skills, and the ability to strategize and plan activities to meet sales and marketing objectives. LOCATION: This territory will include: Greater Bay Area (Marin County North, Santa Rosa, Santa Maria all they way to Bakersfield, Fresno.
