Tenant Administrator/Administrative Assistant
$100+ million real estate investment and development firm seeks experienced professional to fill the position of Tenant Administrator for it's Downtown Denver office location. Duties include but are not limited to:
Â
·       Field telephone calls to the management office
·       Process service requests from tenants
·       Receiving and directing visitors to the management office
·       Open/distribute mail
·       Invoice processing, filing, faxing
·       Assist in drafting lease proposal documents
·       Maintain tenant and vendor certificates of insurance
·       Abstract tenant leases and amendments
·       Maintain tenant contact information
·       Assist the Property Manager with budget preparations

The position will include a comprehensive benefit package. Candidates should be energetic and customer service oriented.
