Projects sizes are in the $1MM to $25MM range Position Profile:This superintendent will join the superintendent rotation and will start out building a $10MM shopping center in the greater Atlanta area.  Expected Experience:Qualified candidates will have the majority of the following experience: -5+ years of experience as a superintendent for a general contractor.- able to develop solid working relationships with Project Manager and other project stakeholders- able to demonstrate the initiative to make the project happen, not let the project happen- able to demonstrate the initiative to search out the most reasonable cost- able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills- able to demonstrate pricing that is win-win based - stable employment background and work history- Favorable reports from recent and past “peer groupâ€� or direct senior management references- Proficient with project management support software such as Expedition/Prolog- Willingness to work in team environment. CompensationCompensation includes base salary, bonus structure, truck allowances Confidentiality StatementYou can expect that your search and the information that you provide us will remain confidential even though you might be a current employee of one of our client companies.
