We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Superintendent in our Boston, MA office.

REQUIRED: 5+ years of experience as Superintendent with a GC focusing on Interiors, Tenant fit-up, and/or Major Renovation for commercial construction projects.

*Experience with Healthcare and/or Large Office Building projects is a huge plus!

*Local Experience is a plus!

*Please note, this position requires relocation to the Boston area!

Description

Manage construction projects to ensure completed product/service is delivered on-time, within budget, and with quality and integrity. Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, estimators, subcontractors, and governmental agencies who are involved in the construction process. Supervise Project Assistants.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education â€“ College Degree is a plus!

Experience â€“ Superintendent with 5+ years experience managing interior commercial construction projects for a GC. Demonstrated history of excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills
