Staffing Coordinator Needed!

Power Design is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Responsible for supporting and partnering with the Corporate Staffing Manager in all staffing and labor management functions.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Follow-up on voice messages regarding employee and candidate issuesSearch job boards for qualified resumes, submit to Pre-Employment Manager for approval and schedule initial phone interviewsResearch schools and trade organizationsTrack advertising costs, applicants and mediumTake phone applicationsSort approved resumes by positions/territoriesFollow-up with agencies on open positions and new candidatesEnter all resumes into database, update candidates in databaseSchedule and confirm interviews with Construction Managers or Senior Project Managers and email corresponding candidate information (resume/notes/etc) Send courtesy emails to those candidates who do not receive an offerComplete Travel Requisitions Follow-up with employee referrals to request resume or applicationCheck professional references once offer is made and acceptedFollow-up with Senior Project Managers regarding labor movementsPrepare New Hire PackagesProcess DHL

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree requiredMust have a high sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlinesMust have excellent communication skills and ability to handle a high volume workloadMust be detail-orientedMust have a outgoing and friendly personalityMust be a non-smokerBilingual (Spanish)
