Sr. Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper
With almost 50 years of experience in the multi-family laundry industry, Hercules is an award winning provider of laundry rooms in the New York metropolitan area.
We are currently seeking a Sr. Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team at Hercules. This position requires 10 years accounting experience and will report directly to the Controller.
Responsibilities Include:
· Journal Entries and Financial Reporting
· Account Reconciliation and Analysis
· Accounts Receivable, Inventory and Costing
· Bank Reconciliations
· Sales Tax Returns
· Payroll (outside payroll service)
· Proficient with MS Office applications
· Excellent Organizational Skills and Detail Oriented
· The ability to work independently and with little supervision
· High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, comfortable working with little supervision
