Site Manager
Permasteeisa North America is a unique company that designs, engineers, manufactures and installs curtain wall for signature buildings across the United States. At one time there may be as many as 20 buildings being erected.

Location: New York City
Job Function:
This position assures timely and quality completion of projects as well as manages and coordinates project site activities.
Essential Functions: Controls installation phases with contractual schedule, making sure that manpower is adequate for all tasks. Meets with the general contractor, architect and consultant field representatives in order to address all site aspects regarding coordination with other trades, schedules, deliveries, quality and work sign offs. Coordinates and supervises PCT subcontractor works. Coordinates material deliveries with PCT shipping and receiving department. Assists the project manager controlling the installation budget and related extra works/change orders.
Additional Responsibilities:Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:Experience in curtain wall industry highly preferred 5 years in contracting or construction experience preferred
