Site Construction Project Supervisor
One of the nation's largest privately owned developers is looking for a site construction project supervisor. This company has been operating for over 50 years and had doubled in size over the last ten years. They currently are one of the largest strip developers in the nation, operating in over 35 states and managing over 250 properties nationwide. The superintendent is in charge of managing excavation, paving, utility installation and site construction. This position requries experience in budgeting, bid solicitation, contract negotiations, estimating, and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
