Senior Territory Manager - Direct Sales

Well established, growth-oriented, customer-focused leader in the Security and Alarm industry seeks a self-motivated, proven sales producer for a key position on our team.  The successful candidate will have a history of 3 plus years in building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas.  Knowledge and experience with security and fire systems, CCTV, Access Control, and/or Nurse Call systems are preferred.  Compensation structure includes a base salary and a liberal commission structure to earn in excess of $75,000 annually.

 

Essential Functions and Qualifications:

 Create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan;Verifiable successful outside commissioned sales experience;Experience in alarm, security systems or related industry sales desired; Verifiable successful sales experience with contractors, commercial property developer and managers, home owners and building supply stores preferred;Initiate and control sales processes with new clients;Proven ability to expand existing customer base;Prepare estimates and quotes for potential customers;An established potential client base extremely beneficial;Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues and profits;Close and multi-task sales opportunities;Follow up and monitor projects with current customers to ensure their satisfaction;Proven communication excellence with customers, vendors and employees;Computer literate and functional with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc);Fully insured dependable transportation is required.
