Our client, a Billion Dollar General Contracting Company, seeks a Senior Project Superintendent to join their team. 

 

The Senior Project Superintendent is responsible for: Supervising project superintendents, contractors, and craft activities.Ensuring all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule, coordinating plans and specifications with the field design engineers.Timely completion of 30+ million dollar projects.

 

Candidates must have:

· Strong background in self-performed construction.

· 8 +  years experience as a superintendent in commercial or industrial field (not including residential or multifamily construction).

· Experience managing projects 40 + million.

· Knowledge of Primavera and Expedition preffered.

 

Compensation:$90,000 -110,000 + per diem

 

Locations:Senior Superintendents travel and work on-site across the U.S.Generous rotation schedule provided for projects outside of home region.
