SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER(S)TOP COMMERCIAL DESIGN/BUILD GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN THE SOUTHEASTERN REGION IS SEARCHING FOR SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER(s) TO JOIN THEIR TEAM ASAP TO GROW WITH THE COMPANY WITH THE POTENTIAL TO MOVE INTO A PROJECT EXECUTIVE ROLE OR DIVISION MANAGER ROLE.This general contractor has established themselves as a regional leader in the Southern/Gulf Coast market and have built their reputation on maintaining a competitive edge in the industry. They have extensive design and construction experience in hospitality, commercial, industrial, educational, and medical office buildings and their experience includes projects won in competitive bidding and negotiated projects Simply put, this is a company that you will want to work for and has a major presence througout Mississippi and Southern Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have the following:General Commercial Construction experience - 10 plus years Projects of significant size and value $15MM to $200MM upwards….(Any of these types of out of ground projects are a plus – some examples: Hotels, High Rise, Casino's, Condo’s, Healthcare, Institutional, Military Base experience/Federal, Distribution, Gaming/Hospitality & Resort, etc…)Good tenure with reputable companiesGood history of quality employment on a project/construction management levelDegree helpful but not required – contingent on person's experienceSalary commensurate on candidate and based on experience.Relocation assistance Please limit phone calls to serious inquiries only.
