Sr. Project Manager

Arlington, VA office of a leading national construction firm has excellent opportunity for self-motivated team players with a minimum of 10+ years project management experience on high-end fast-track interior fitout and renovations. Candidates should posses strong communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail-oriented and dedicated to providing high quality service. Must have experience managing relationships with owners representatives, architects, engineers and clients on a professional level while supervising subcontractors and vendors. Coordinate all project reporting and documentation from pre-construction thru close-out. Successful candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be well organized, detail oriented and dedicated to providing high quality service. Degree preferred but not required.
