This is an opportunity to play an integral role in strategic planning, business development, and day-to-day operations in a key decision making role. Our client is looking for an articulate professional who has excellent communication, presentation skills and preconstruction skills. Our clients are among the BEST in commercial construction. Our client base includes small to mid-sized regional firms, as well as, large national corporations operating within the commercial market throughout the Western and Southwest region of the U.S. QUALIFICATIONS Ideal candidate must have:· 5-10 years experience as a Senior Project Manager · A stable job history preferably with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years · Exceptional time management skills· Basic computer skills· Motivated, driven, and high integrity work ethic. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:· Run, control, and report on multiple construction projects.· Follow assigned project from the marketing effort through close-out and warranty period.· Deliver excellent project management services.· Maintain consistent client contact for company. COMPENSATION:Our client is offering and extremely competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 plus health, dental, vision and 401K along with the potential for ownership.
