Take Charge Senior Estimator Needed! Our client, a Commercial and design/build General Contractor, is seeking a take charge Senior Estimator to provide leadership and expertise in the estimating department. This top rated firm is seeking a smart team player who knows the construction business and can be an integral part of a fast moving and competitive estimating team. Candidate Qualifications:Â· The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 5 years estimating experience in the Commercial Construction industry with conceptual design/build and hard bid projects.Â· Experience in wood framing and concrete estimating, including tilt-up wall construction a plus. Â· Knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Bidtek or similar systems a plus. Compensation:We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 plus excellent benefits, full health package, bonus, and 401K matching!
