Sales Person - New Home Construction and High End Remodeling

Fast growing, prestigious, custom design luxury home builder and high end remodeler seeks a proven producer for a key position to lead its aggressive sales effort.  The successful candidate will have a history of 5 plus years of home construction and remodeling experience in sales and estimating and must be able to work creatively with floor layouts and structural design alternatives.  Our company is one of the recognized leaders in the home building and remodeling profession with a reputation built on quality, reliability and trust.  If you have verifiable experience selling to architects and estimating residential construction, are a self-starter, have a professional attitude and appearance, possess attention to detail, and have mastered assertive consultative selling skills, you may qualify for this opportunity.  This position reports directly to the President.

 

Essential Functions and Experience:

 Proven ability to read and analyze blueprints, job specifications, and associated legal and contractual documents;Create, maintain and execute a successful sales plan including lead generation to architectural firms;Demonstrated ability to bid and estimate in an efficient, precise and profitable manner;Verifiable successful home and remodeling sales experience in a design/build construction environment;Initiate and control sales processes with new clients;Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues and profits;Close deals and undertake multi-task sales opportunities;Follow up and monitor projects with current customers to ensure their satisfaction;Other functions and duties as requested by the President.
