RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

To exclusively sell property as a representative of a Mooresville, N.C. community and home building company.  Primary responsibilities are to establish a strong New Home Sales Program and oversee the sales activity of all New Home Specialists. This position is expected to leverage agent staff to proactively generate increased sales revenue, develop and grow the business, exceed client expectations, and manage the market according to North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

 

PRIORITIES:   

1. Develop and implement sales policies, procedures, and processes to  launch a successful New Home Sales Program to achieve corporate goals.

2. Mentor New Homes Specialists through effective and proven sales processes to build rapport and discover individual weaknesses to improve ability to present and close buyers.

3. Train New Home Sales Specialists to lead buyers through the mortgage process, lot purchase, home upgrade selections process and building process, and give key points to help sale of current home if needed, and to a successful closing. 

4. Provide ongoing coaching, training and support for the entire sales team through sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices.

5. Full and complete knowledge of all legal documents involving development sales, including but not limited to contracts, disclosures, covenants, conditions and restrictions and association by-laws. 6. Oversee and introduce sales training programs (especially new hires). Coordinate one major internal sales training program every six months for tenured staff.

 















 

 KNOWLEDGE:§    Sales and Marketing – knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling our homes, products or services.  This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques and sales control systems.§    Management – knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources to increase revenue. 

§    Accounting/Economics principles and practices; mortgage financing prevailing rates and terms.

§    Computer Software Systems utilized in the real estate environment.



 

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

§    NC Real Estate Sales Broker License

§    7 - 10 years experience in real estate

§    3 – 5 years experience in sales team development and management

§    Member of North Carolina Association of Realtors

§    Member of the National Association of Realtors (preferred, not required)

§    Associate Degree (preferred, not required)

§    Past success achieving sales performance goals

§    Excellent interpersonal skills
