SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Full Circle provides facilities management and maintenance services to high-end properties including multi-use buildings and large custom homes. We are located in beautiful Telluride, a small Colorado ski resort town.

General Requirements

 

• 4 + years related construction or maintenance experience • Fits in well with our positive team environment • Customer service oriented attitude • Good judgment • High standards • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Knowledge of, and ability to troubleshoot, HVAC, electric, plumbing, roofing, painting, carpentry and finish work, appliances • Live within a half-hour of office and be available to share responsibility for after-hours on-call Specific Duties • Perform planned and requested maintenance and repair services, including parts ordering • Communicate with outside contractors and monitor their performance • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Process related paperwork • Follow and implement company procedures and policies • Follow safety standards • Cooperate with accounting department to ensure proper billing of services We invite you to visit our website www.FullCircleHOA.com For immediate consideration, please email your resume to HR@FullCircleHOA.com or call 970-369-1428 x1.
