Duties include review of technical specifications and drawings, acting as point of contact for technical issues, coordinating with project managers and roofing contractors, working with roof management software, and performing site inspections occasionally to determine actions required for roof repairs.

Other duties include roofing evaluation using Excel and Access. Registered roof observer/consultant preferred but not required.

Work is primarily in the office, but occasional travel and fieldwork required along with the capability of climbing ladders and accessing roofs.
