Billingsley Company, an innovative real estate development company specializing in the creation of life-enhancing communities throughout the DFW area, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage our luxury townhome developments in Irving and Carrollton.

 

Position Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 3 years experience in high-end residential construction management.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.Responsibilities of a Superintendent include obtaining all permits and ordering all materials

 

Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skillsThorough knowledge of all tradesExtremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and self-motivated to be the most productive possible and to meet strict deadlines; must have an eye for qualityBasic software skills; Microsoft Outlook and ExcelMinimum of 3 years experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of high-end residential construction
