Residential Siding/Window Estimator/Salesperson

Echols Roofing, Siding & Home Improvements, a 48 year old Atlanta company, seeks a residential siding/window estimator/salesperson. I am looking only for a current Atlanta resident that resides in the suburbs of northeast Atlanta. Top quality leads provided. All leads are referred. No Yellow Page or internet leads. You will need a good late model truck or sport utility vehicle, a cell phone and a fax machine at home. We require excellent references, a verifiable work history and the ability to pass a random drug screens. You will be paid 8% of sales. $50K a year is a reasonable expectation during an average year. A top closer can certainly make a good deal more.

 

We have excellent full-time, in-house crews supervised by a bi-lingual owner/partner who stays on the job site. You will have very happy customers when you go to pick up the check. All work is in North Metro Atlanta; most of it will be in northeast Atlanta from Roswell east to Stone Mountain. I would also be interested in anyone that would be willing to go as far north as Clayton, Georgia, in Rabun County to give estimates. We strongly prefer someone who has actually been an installer, but, at a minimum you must be very knowledgeable about the installation of vinyl siding, vinyl windows and Hardie siding. If you know how to estimate and sell residential roofing that is a strong plus. Background checks for criminal records and credit history will be conducted.

 

We work as a team here. Your job will involve working with us as a team member, accurately measuring and pricing jobs, following up immediately on calls from customer’s and accurately ordering doors and windows, and closing sales.
