United Subcontractors, Inc. (USI), a nationwide leader in the Insulation and Specialties industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for its Texas and Colorado locations.
Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within their geographic region. The Regional Sales manager will assist in providing in-direct leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth objectives in line with company visions and values. The Regional Sales Manager will be working directly with local Branch Managers to establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development and training for clients and sales staff.
Experience: The right applicant will have extensive experience in all aspects of sales and service relationship management. This individual will have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics within the construction industry and a proven leadership ability to drive and sustain sales excellence.
Regional Sales Managers will:
· Assist in the establishment and development of a team of producers who will sell insulation products and services in all defined service areas and industry segments.
· Assist in recruiting, coaching, teaching, and training all sales representatives and advisors on their team.
· Will be involved in their team’s production by mentoring and training the team members in the various methods used for prospecting, marketing, and selling in the construction services industry.
