Receptionist/Office Clerk

 

We are currently searching for a bilingual receptionist/office clerk for an established utilities/construction contractor in Northeast San Antonio. Successful candidates must have at least five years of office experience with some bookkeeping experience to include accounts payable/receivables duties.  Must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and have exceptional work ethics. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  Answer multi-line telephone system, direct calls and take messages Assist with accounts payables/receivables and HR functions Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail systems Maintain and update filing system Responsible for ordering material for projects to include the scheduling, tracking and shipment of the orders for construction projects Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments Process and prepare documents as needed

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  Must be bilingual High school diploma or GED Must have five+ years of related experience as a receptionist and working knowledge of accounts payable/receivables and some bookkeeping skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professionalism and dependability Ability to work independently and multi-task Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
