Proposal Administrative Assistant
Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a Proposal Administrative Assistant for our Denver area construction office. Responsibilities include:
· Tracking requests for proposals on Government and Commercial Websites
· Developing compliance matrices for new proposals
· Handling proposal deficiency receipts and coordinating the responses with team members
· Preparing and obtaining signatures for various proposal documents
· Preparing the present commitments summary, title pages, and cover letters for proposals.
· Generating and producing binder documents (spines, tabs, labels, etc)
· Preparing CDs and distributing internal completed proposal copies to branches
· Inventorying and ordering supplies for the proposal team.
· Maintaining the proposal library and updating record copies of proposals with deficiency responses.
· Preparing the proposal Representations and Certifications based on input for senior management.
· Maintaining the project/proposal database.
Must have a minimum of three years experience in similar administrative duties and be a self-starter capable of operating with little supervision. An exacting approach to work is required. Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in general desktop applications such as Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook. Experience in government contracting proposals and US Army Corps of Engineers a plus.
