Job Summary

Principle AccountabilitiesStarts-up and commissions building automation / HVAC control systems on assigned projectsCoordinates with installing electrical subcontractor and provides technical support for installationPerforms point to point check out of wiring, sensors and controlled devices (valves, dampers, motors)Generates programs and graphics (GUI) based upon sequence of operations and schematicsTrains end-users on installed systems Acts as key interface for technical support with the customer and maximizes customer satisfaction

Qualifications Strong technical skills in the field of electrical/mechanical systems or electronicsPreferred 1-2 years experience in HVAC or strong background in programming Preferred experience with Alerton or Andover control systemsExcellent computer skillsStrong communication skills both oral and writtenA positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, the ability to work  in a team environmentHigh Integrity - maintain company values and demand the highest  standards of conduct from self and othersAssociates Degree in electronics, computers or HVAC technologies
