Necessary for our growth is the need for dynamic individuals who are passionate about developing, implementing and administering program/project management services for large programs and corporate-level initiatives. The Project Managers will provide project and construction management services on private, mixed use and high rise facility projects in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Abu Dhabi. These professionals will work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors from concept and design phase development through construction on complex facilities. The ability to lead teams solving design, construction, and operations issues with a maintained focus on project delivery and customer satisfaction is of the most importance.QualificationsIdeal candidates will possess 10-12+ years of experience in construction management on large private, mixed use and or high rise facilities. Knowledge and experience in the areas of design phase and construction management of mixed use, high rise facilities is required. Excellent communication, writing and computer skills are essential. Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related degree is required.
