Project Manager Needed in Las Vegas!
Our Client, a National Real Estate Developer and Builder, has confidentially retained our firm to identify a world class Project Manager. The Company: Established over 60 years ago as a regional Developer/Builder they have successfully penetrated many major US markets. With their ability to acquire and develop prime commercial, retail, and industrial real estate, they successfully established themselves as a future market maker in the real estate community. The Position: They are currently seeking to add an exceptional Project Manager to their team for their Las Vegas office. This Project Manager will be responsible for the infrastructure & ground up construction of multiple retail properties throughout the Southwest, overseeing the entire process from Design to Closeout. Candidate Qualifications: Our Client is looking for a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction. Necessary project size experience of 10K+ sq.ft. or $5M+ with a Ground-up background required. Additionally, a construction related degree is a big plus, but not required, as a solid work history would be just as important. This candidate should have good communication skills, enjoy working independently, love to “build”, and be able to run several projects simultaneously. Compensation: Our Client is offering an extremely competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 plus health, dental, vision, 401K with a lucrative employer match, and a performance based bonus program.
