Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Construction
I am representing a Commercial Construction Management firm that has been in business for over 45 years. They need me to find a candidate that is a true dual role person who has strong skills both as a Project Manager as well as an Estimator on Commercial Construction projects. My Client is not a large firm but a very stable company. As a CM firm, their average volume is approximately $20 million in Philadelphia and the surrounding region. The project types tend to be interiors, rehab and some additions. Their projects range in size from $250,000 to about $8 million. The type of Candidate that I am looking for must have proven experience both as an Estimator as well as a Project Manager on commercial work local to the Philadelphia area. This Candidate should have strong computer skills and an Engineering or Technical Degree. Big plus if you have been involved with private as well as public construction projects. The Company is a Philadelphia based Firm that wants to find a candidate that knows the local market. Salary is based on experience but the range would be from $75,000 to $85,000. The Company pays 100% healthcare benefits for the family plus other expenses. RELOCATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!!
