Project Manager (Construction)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in our Dallas, TX office.

REQUIRED:  5+ years of experience as PM with a GC focusing on gound-up and/or major interior healthcare, educational institutions, and/or data center construction projects.

Description

Manage multiple construction project teams simultaneously to ensure completed product/service is delivered on-time, within budget, and with quality and integrity. Manage collaboration with owners, engineers, architects, estimators, subcontractors, and governmental agencies who are involved in the construction process.  Supervise Superintendents and Project Assistants.



 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education – College Degree is highly preferred 

 

Experience – Project Manager with 5+ years experience managing construction of above mentioned projects for a GC. Demonstrated history of excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills


Requirements – This position will require the employee to visit construction jobsites.  The individual must be able to physically navigate a jobsite that is pre-construction and/or under construction.
