Pricing and Revenue Manager

IMT Residential is a leading, nationwide multi-family residential investment and property management firm headquartered in Sherman Oaks, California. We're a rapidly growing company with a fabulous opportunity for the right candidate.

 

The Asset Manager is responsible for analysis of portfolio operational and financial performance, including planning, developing and implementing the property revenue management practices which will result in the maximization of profitable revenues realized by each community.

 

Principal Tasks Provide analytical and pricing tools for multi-family communities. Develop business processes that address demand changes in the market and maximize overall revenue. Analyze and provide feedback/recommendations from information contained in the LRO application. Facilitate revenue management meetings where pricing information is communicated to each region. Analyze and review production of lease terms, unit types, elasticity of demand, and lengths of time units remains vacant. Monitor the relationship between pricing practices, market performance and consumer acceptance. Maximize renewal rent capture through sound concession and premium lease pricing strategies. Other special projects as assigned, including financial statement review and preparation and budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements Project management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees Strong analytical skills including financial analysis, statistical analysis and business case development Ability and desire to work independently or in a team environment Efficient problem solving skills including the ability to see big picture concepts



Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Finance or other related field 3-5 years experience within the multi-housing industry. MS Office, MRI and Internet research is required
