Owner's Representative/ Project Manager

The Denver mixed-use and multi-family construction and real estate development market is continuing to grow in a slow market.  A leading real estate developer/builder lacks the talent to capitalize on the opportunities that are currently available. To meet the needs of the Denver marketplace a skilled Project Manager / Owner’s Representative is required. The construction and development portion of the firm is nationally recognized for it’s advanced design concepts, quality workmanship, sound management team and it’s willingness to provide it’s employees with the tools required to succeed.

The Owner’s Representative will be crucial in the completion of projects and the Owner’s Rep will be working closely with the General Contractor, troubleshooting the construction process and problem solving at all levels.

The right candidate for this role will have integrity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to deliver on-time and under budget. This firm values the reputation that’s been developed through hard work and are looking for like minded individuals.

Requirements

Qualified candidates MUST have a minimum of 5-8 years in commercial/ multi-family project management, ideally with experience in pre-construction, real estate development and new construction.

Experience working for a General Contractor, Developer or Program Management firm will be given consideration. Business Development and sales acumen are highly valued in addition to Program Management experience.

This candidate will also possess a 4-year degree in construction management, engineering or related field. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated an ability to manage large multi-million or multiple projects concurrently and leading or managing a development team. Strong planning and scheduling skills are highly a must.

All qualified candidates please respond to this with a resume in Word format. A list of professional references and a project list are also desired. Multiple positions need to be filled and our commitment to identifying Top Talent will be ongoing.
