Administrative Assistant to support the Engineering dept of a company.

Responsibilites include: Coordinating the organization of the installation information process including check sheets and timelinesScheduling hotel and travel arrangementsDirect customer contactCoordinate, enter and revise the following types of work orders; Fabrication,Resale,Parts and CommissionMaintain monthly order logDaily Printing and emailing to different departments
