Explanation of Our Operations Program – and “OPS Day�: We all live business like a game with a score card The first Friday of every month is an ALL day OPS day Every department and person knows their goals Our OPS day score card is the Centerpiece of our performance The day is FESTIVE and many say it is their most fun day of the month We have lived by our score card system for 62 months experience Operating efficiencies and profits have soared Financial #’s are open to the team as part of the scoring Most Companies are not Run Excellently – we are almost there ;-)

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the daily Departmental operations of Customer Service, Parts distribution, Local direct service and National 3rd party Service Manage and report the daily production of all departments Coach our Leaders & their teammates to achieve excellence Drive all OPS scores to A’s, currently averaging Mid-B’s Drive Score Card upgrades to improve our strategic and financial performance Drive new initiatives/projects as directed by our CEO Manage our facilities to include building a new Facility

Suitable Candidates will have: Bachelors degree or more A minimum of 10+ years experience directly supervising managers in a small to medium-sized organization with demonstrated success at significantly improving operations and coaching teams to play excellently Strong management, leadership, coaching, communication and interpersonal skills Experienced at managing projects and new initiatives/roll-outs Excellent oral and written communication skills Solid with Microsoft Office tools Background in Distribution, prefer experience in parts and/or repair industry
