Office Manager/Human Resources/Controller
Able to multi-task in a fast past environment. Duties to include but are not limited to: Office Manager - Over see all office operations.  Ensure communication between Project Managers, Accounting & Field Employees.  Coordinate and organize office & company wide meetings. Direct Administrative Support to be able to assist and prioritize for upper management. Human Resources - Processing of payroll with integrated job costing, standard HR duties, FMSCA documentation needed for drivers, assigning & monitoring fuel cards & cell phones,  familiar with and tracking of documentation for prevailing wage projects, health insurance maintenance & re-evaluation at the end of policy year, reporting & maintaining 401k contributions, loans & withdrawals and all reporting associated with 401k, liability audits and USDOT audits. Controller - Be able to assist & back up controller for double coverage, track cashflow & do banking transfers. Accounting and GL knowledge a must.
