Office Administrator

Growing/fast paced Heavy Civil Contractor in Escondido is in need of a Project/Contract Administrator.  

 

We are looking for someone that can fully support the administrative needs of each project.  Experience with contract documents, change orders, T&M and progress billings a must.  This person should be a confident, self-starter and give great attention to detail.  Being responsible for tracking extra work, submitting costs and following up on Change Order approvals, this position is integral part of the Project Management team.

 

Tasks will also include; Job File Creation/Management, Contracts Administration, Submittal Preparation, RFI and CO Administration, Invoice Tracking, Misc. Project Related Coordination.  Experience in these areas is a must.  

 

Construction experience is required.  Timberline Software experience is a definite plus.
