Position Summary

We are looking for dynamic New Home Consultants for our beautiful new home communities located in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Excellent opportunity to work in real estate with a national homebuilder.

Responsibilities

As a New Home Consultant, you will assist in influencing the decision process and communicating value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis and model home demonstrations.  You must be able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with homebuyers as you build excitement for them, work through construction-related issues, and continually update them on the progress on their homes.

The New Home Consultant must be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess strong communication and organizational skills through knowledge of real estate.  Must be able to work weekends.

Requirements

Prior experience in homebuilding and/or real estate sales or equivalent sales experience, with a proven track record.  Must have demonstrated leadership and selling ability along with strong customer focus.  Must have an active Nevada Real Estate License.
