About Palm Harbor Homes:  * Publicly traded ~ (NASDAQ:PHHM) * Recognized as One of the 101 Best Companies to Work For* Number  8 on Forbes.com list of  America's Most Trustworthy Companies!* See our website for more info! www.palmharbor.com  The retail operations manager is responsible for coordinating the construction process, obtaining permits and scheduling contractors.  In addition, the retail operations manager works closely with the customers during the closing process.  Operations Manager will be based out of Southern Colorado/Northern New Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Â§ Coordinate service calls between the factory and customers§ Track transportation and set-up crews§ Follow-up on progress of permits, home construction and improvements, etc., with contractors, city and county officials, etc.§ Complete home closing packets§ Maintaining an open line of communication between factory, management, the sales force and most importantly, the customer.§ Regularly meeting with customers, inspectors, factory reps, and contractors while coordinating and scheduling improvements to reach a goal of 100% customer satisfaction.§ Conduct loan closings and insurance signing meetings (May be completed by Mortgage Consultant) § Other duties as assigned by the General Manager Required Skills: Â§ Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.§ General knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage.§ Understanding of construction is helpful§ Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task.§ Solid understanding of customer service skills. If you would like to be considered for this position, please send your resume to:  jmorris@palmharbor.com .   Company:Palm Harbor Homes Email:Apply by Email Reference Code:Southern Colorado/Northern New Mexico
