Job Description: MEP Project Manager We currently offer an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated team player with a minimum of 5+ years project management experience! We seek professionals that can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of managing the design and/or construction of MEP divisions for large commercial projects, especially mission critical facilities.

Candidates should posses:

- experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets

- knowledge of estimating and conceptual budgeting of MEP services

- strong communication and interpersonal skills - strong organization skills, a keen attention to details, and a dedication to providing high quality client service

- experience managing relationships with owners representatives, architects, engineers and clients on a professional level while supervising subcontractors and vendors

- solid understanding of financial management & analysis, construction management methodologies, and excellent computer skills (MS Project, Excel, Word, Primavera, Prolog, SureTrak, Lotus Notes)

- Bachelor of Science in Construction, Engineering, Technology or other related field
